MY STORY
I've been photographing women and families for 9 years. And in all that time, maternity has never stopped moving me.
There's something that happens when a woman steps in front of my camera pregnant — a quiet power she doesn't always know she has. My job is to show it to her.
Becoming a mother changed me, the way it changes everyone. It made me understand — really understand — how fleeting each chapter is. How quickly the bump disappears. How the weight of a newborn in your arms is something you'll spend years trying to remember. How fast a baby becomes a toddler, and a toddler becomes a child asking to look through your old photos.
That's why I do this. Not just to take beautiful photographs, but to give families something they can hold onto.
Every chapter of your family's story.
I built Imagine That Photography around the seasons of motherhood — because I believe every milestone deserves to be preserved with the same care and intention.
Many of my clients start with maternity and come back for newborn, cake smash, and beyond — watching a family grow over the years is one of the most special parts of this work.
"I want every woman who walks through my studio door to leave feeling like she is capable of anything."
Maternity photography, at its best, is a celebration. Of your body. Of your strength. Of the life you're bringing into the world. It's not about looking perfect — it's about feeling seen.
In 9 years, I've watched women arrive nervous, unsure, convinced they don't photograph well. And I've watched those same women see their portraits for the first time and cry — not because the images are beautiful, though they are, but because they finally see themselves the way everyone around them already does.
That moment never gets old. It's why I come to work every day.
WHAT I BELIEVE
Every session is built on three things.
1. You deserve to feel beautiful
Not because of how you look, but because of who you are and what you're doing. My studio, my gowns, my lighting — all of it is designed to show you that.
2. Your portraits should last a lifetime
I don't deliver files and disappear. I create heirloom portraits — printed on museum-quality materials, designed to hang on your wall for generations. This is fine art. Not content.
3. Every detail is intentional
From the gown we choose together at your consultation to the retouching I do by hand on every selected image — nothing is rushed or accidental. You'll feel the difference.
